Our return policy is very simple. Prior to returning any item(s) to Ken’Art, you have to obtain an authorization from our Customer Service Department. To request your authorization, you are invited to log into your account, select the order and choose the item(s) to return or send an email to support@ken-art.com with the following details:

1. Order number, First and Last Name
2. Item(s) number(s) you want to return
3. Specify reason(s) for return: quality of the item not as expected; damaged; receive incorrect item, etc…
4. Specify to us if you request a replacement or refund
5. Our Customer Service Team will e-mail you with your Return Authorization and Instructions.

At Ken-Art, we’ll wait until we receive your returned item before taking any action. You’ll receive a notification via e-mail of your refund. The refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchases within 21 business days of our receiving your return.

If you initially paid by a Gift Certificate, we will give you a new gift certificate with the same value.

In the case your return is not due to our error, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
